“ We had there for a Hyundai event we did in Denver and man was the food really really good. We had salad, Mac and cheese, baked beans, ribs, hot links, shredded beef and shredded chicken. It also came with like 7 choices for bbq sauce which was plenty for everyone to experiment and find ones they liked. My favorite meat were the ribs mmmm mmmm mmmmmmmmmm I went back for 2nds and thirds helpings of rib only. My least favorite item was the Mac and cheese it tasted very bland and very much like boxed Mac and cheese. Overall excellent meal and glad we got this catered it really hit the spot. Bbq so good it makes it hard to want to work after eating lunch. I will definitely try one of the restaurant locations next time I am in Denver. ”

“ Brothers BBQ catered our wedding last weekend and they were wonderful! The service was outstanding, they showed up at a perfect time, got set up quickly. All of our guests had plenty to eat and we even had some leftovers that they packed up and sent home with us. It was such an easy process. The gals on the booking team were also great at helping me figure out exactly what we wanted for the size of party we had. Everyone loved the food and had nothing but kind things to say about the space set up! The details We had about 65 guests total up at the Chief Hosa Lodge. They had an outstanding team of two for set up and serving. We ordered the pulled pork, BBQ chicken and brisket. The brisket was the favorite of the day. We got salad, mac and cheese and bags of Boulder chips. They also brought iced tea and lemonade. They had toothpicks, wet napkins, regular napkins, cups, dressings, various delicious sauces. A few guests asked for salt and pepper which we didnt have. I thought everything tasted wonderful and we are so grateful for the amazing service! ”

They arrived to set up on time and made sure the presentation of food was organized and beautiful. We had a wedding of 200 people and needed full service catering as our venue was a blank slate. Their attention to detail and assistance for a big wedding was incredible. They were very communicative during the process and the day of, they came out and set up all the food with labels and were very helpful. We did however run out of mashed potatoes pretty quickly, so I would suggest asking for a larger portion if you plan on getting them. ”
